Extensions
Extensions are essential in projects where the pile needs to be extended to achieve optimal strength and stability at depth. Or when the height of the pile needs to be adjusted to achieve a level foundation support. Postech extensions are manufactured to the same standards as our screw piles and can be simply bolted to the piles for a secure, long-lasting connection. No need for on-site welding.

Standard extensions
Extends the length of the screw pile so that it can be installed in a deeper soil layer with better bearing capacity. Consists of a tube of the same diameter as that of the pile, coupled with a connection ring that’s reinforced for high screwing torque. Extensions are bolted to the installed pile on-site.

Field extensions
Levels the above-ground height of already installed piles. A quick and economical solution for leveling piles. Consists of a ring double-bolted to the pile. Replaces full-length extensions in confined spaces.
