Torque, soil, and load done right the first time protect your margin and your reputation. The training is built around the mistakes that cause callbacks, so you avoid them.
Your completed certifications show on your installer listing on postechpiles.com, so a homeowner sees the training behind the truck before they call.
Three levels. Each builds on the last and ties directly to the work you are cleared to quote and install.
Screw pile basics, soil reading, depth and torque, and residential work (decks, sheds, additions, cottages). Completed before your first solo installation. Covers: pile selection by load type, torque and depth standards, equipment operation, jobsite safety.
Commercial loads, underpinning, slope and restricted-access sites, and Thermal Piles™ specifics. Recommended within your first year.
Annual product updates, new pile formats, and code-change briefings (NBC and IRC). Keeps your certification current and your quoting sharp.
New dealers complete Level 1 with in-person, in-the-field training before their first solo job. The first pile you install on your own is never the first one you have installed.
Higher levels build through on-demand modules you take between jobs, on any device, with live virtual sessions offered quarterly for Level 2 and Level 3.
As products and codes change, refresher modules keep both your certification and your public listing up to date.
No. Level 1 starts from the basics, and most new dealers come in without foundation experience. The training and the hands-on onboarding get you field-ready.

Most new dealers are field-ready within weeks of certification. Residential work ramps fastest; commercial and advanced applications build from there.
Yes. Your installers and crew can be certified as well, so the Postech standard holds on every job, including the ones you are not on.
Level 1 is hands-on, in the field. The rest runs through the Postech training platform, with the on-demand video library rolling out soon.
