Exclusive territory. A product with 30 years of field-tested installations. A dealer model built to make operators profitable, not headquarters. Here is how Postech dealerships work, and what it takes to run one.
Most dealer networks take a percentage of every job you complete. Postech does not. You buy product, you install it, the full margin is yours.
Your dealership covers a defined geographic zone. No competing with other Postech dealers for the same customers. Your territory is yours to develop.
No prior foundation experience required. Training covers installation, soil assessment, load calculations, and sales. Most dealers are field-ready within weeks of signing.
Your profile is listed on postechpiles.com, fed by national campaigns. Homeowners and contractors searching for screw pile installers in your region are directed to you.
No brick-and-mortar required. Your core investment is equipment and product. Costs stay tied to jobs, not fixed expenses.
Helical pile demand is rising across North America as contractors seek faster, more reliable alternatives to concrete. You are entering a segment with real existing demand.
Most dealer networks charge a percentage of every project you complete. 5%, 8%, sometimes more. The bigger your business grows, the more you pay just to keep the name on your truck.
Postech works differently.
You pay for the product. You install it. You invoice your customer. And that’s it. The margin between your product cost and your install price is entirely yours. No percentage taken, no monthly fee tied to your revenue.
This structure attracts dealers who want to build actual businesses, not just earn a wage inside someone else's system. It is why Postech dealers tend to grow year over year rather than plateau or move on after a few seasons.
If you have explored other dealer or franchise networks and walked away because of the royalty model, this is worth a closer look.
We first looked at other dealerships in the construction space. All of them came with royalties, restrictions, hidden fees. With Postech, the model is clear from day one. We knew exactly what we were getting into.

The training gave me confidence. I didn't come from a construction background. After Postech training, I had the technical answers and the tools to close my first quotes.

What convinced me was the network. I can call a dealer across the country and get an answer in 20 minutes. We're not competing with each other. We're pulling each other up.
