The administrative team that signs your warranty sits in the same building as the welders who fabricated your pile.
That proximity matters. When a dealer in New Brunswick reports a soil condition we have not seen before, the engineering team can prototype, test, and ship a solution in the same week, not the same quarter.
It also keeps every pile traceable. Every pile that leaves the facility carries a batch identifier tied back to the steel mill, the welder, and the galvanization run. If a question ever comes up 15, 40 or even 75 years later, the answer is in our records.
