How It Works

A STRONGER FOUNDATION, INSTALLED IN A SINGLE DAY

Screw piles are steel shafts drilled directly into the ground using calibrated excavators. They anchor below the frost line, reach bearing soil, and are ready to build on immediately. No concrete, no curing, no delays.

Torque-Verified From the Start

Our mini-excavators are calibrated annually to measure torque, the rotational force needed to drive each pile to bearing soil. When the required torque value is reached, load capacity is confirmed.

The machine gives a verified number. Your foundation is proven before we leave the site.

Built for Canadian Winters

Frost heave is the ground movement that cracks concrete foundations over time. It isn't a problem for screw piles.

Every pile is driven below the frost line, and we leave a calculated gap (typically 6 to 18 inches) between the soil surface and your structure.

The soil expands in spring. Your foundation doesn't move.

Precision Starts With the Installer

Every Postech installer is certified in soil assessment, torque interpretation, and pile selection.

Residential, commercial, agricultural, or industrial: your installer arrives knowing exactly which pile to use and how deep to drive it.
