  • To send marketing emails if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
  • To analyze Website traffic and improve the user experience, using aggregated, anonymized data.
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect the rights and safety of Postech, our dealers, and our users.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Who do we share your information with?

Postech dealers (certified installers)

When you submit a quote request or use our installer finder, we share your contact information and project details with the nearest Postech-certified installer in your area. This is the core service we provide.

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Postech, our users, or the public.

We do not share your information with any other third parties without your explicit consent.

How long do we keep your information?

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by applicable law.

Quote request and contact form data is retained for up to 24 months, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Email marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Website analytics data (anonymized) is retained for up to 26 months.

How do we use cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We use them to make the Website function properly, understand how it is used, and deliver relevant content.

Strictly necessary cookies are required for the Website to function. These cannot be disabled. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from spam and abuse; it may set a temporary cookie to verify you are not a bot.

Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the Website, including pages visited and session duration. We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics for this purpose. Data is aggregated and anonymized.

Marketing cookies are used to track the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. These are only active if you have accepted marketing cookies via our cookie consent banner.

You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through our cookie settings, or by adjusting your browser settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect the Website's functionality.

  • Correction. Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.

  • Data portability (GDPR). Request that we transfer your data to another organization in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Objection (GDPR). Object to our processing of your data for direct marketing purposes.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@postechpiles.com. We will respond within 30 days.

How do we protect your information?
