Unimodular Homes – Sullivan Park
Foundations for 40 to 120 unimodular homes at the Sullivan Park 2.0 site. Installation of 16 piles per unimodular house.

Near Lac de Montigny in Val-d'Or, QC, a large-scale mandate awaits Pieux Vistech Abitibi. In fact, between 40 and 120 new unimodular homes will require screw pile foundations as part of this project. In this picture, we can see the first piles screwed underground.

Since the ground of this field is particularly soft, the piles must be screwed to a good depth. Work is progressing well, and the first houses should soon be built.

Braces must be attached to the piles to solidify the structure and thus be able to accommodate unimodular houses. At Pieux Vistech, we never skimp when it comes to safety.

A closer look at our piles.

A structure is done, and a first house has just been installed on Vistech piles. Everything is going well and the next houses should be delivered soon. Want to see the result? Look at the next picture!

Tadam! This is one of the beautiful unimodular houses at Sullivan Park in Val-d’Or, QC! Other houses will be added to these in the coming years and will be supported by the piles of Piles Vistech Abitibi.
