We do install screw piles in/on rock, but this is not necessarily the usual use of the helical pile. So, we use several types of bases to connect screw piles to bedrock offering them stability and strength they need.
A colossal job for installers but nothing we can’t do. Especially in this particular case as shown in this video that’s located in this area completely covered with rock.
